The master bedroom and bath has shared gas fireplace, large Jacuzzi tub with expansive ocean views, walk in shower, and dimmable bathroom lights.

There is a separate entry guesthouse with bath, full kitchen and second story private balcony.

Smart home with most lights dimmable both locally and remotely. Security system, front door camera, exterior automatic floodlights, home entertainment center, wired for home network with distribution panel for phones, high definition TV’s, DVD players and Ethernet cat 5 wiring.

Gourmet Kitchen, with hidden dishwasher, extra wide, counter deep, bottom freezer refrigerator, double convection and conventional electrical ovens.
Dacor five burner gas cook top with exhaust fan that rises up when needed.

Bake center island with a mix-master rise-up shelf. Corner cabinets have lazy-Susans. There is an appliance garage, and under counter lighting. Slate tile entry and hall with Douglas Fir floors.

Relax and view the ocean in the spacious living room.

On a stormy day curl up by the warm pellet stove and view a movie on the entertainment centers wide screen. Or watch the wild life, eagles, osprey, seals, and whales.
